UNDERSTANDING SINGAPORE ENVIRONMENT LAWS AND REGULATIONS

COURSE OBJECTIVES

Identifying environmental legal requirements is a complex and often frustrating task for personnel without adequate exposure or training to environmental law and regulations. The objective of this one-day course is to enable participants to acquire a fundamental understanding of the framework of environmental law and regulation in Singapore. Participants will learn to develop the practices and procedures needed to identify the environmental legal requirements applicable to their specific activities, products and services and assist their organization in managing regulatory compliance within an ISO 14001 EMS.
