5. The Lean Practices and the Variability Reduction methodology
7. Achieving Breakthroughs with “Lean Sigma” Strategy
8. The Lean Sigma Metrics
9. People issues in the Lean Sigma transformation

IN ADDITION…

The program will cover a discussion on a vast range of:
1. Lean Sigma tools
2. Factory Physics Concepts
3. Behavioral concepts

DURATION – 5 days

CANCELLATION AND REPLACEMENT
