2. How oral communication skills affect work & interpersonal relationships
3. Understanding the importance of human relations
4. Recognition & handling of conflicts
5. Understand the different steps of dealing with conflicts
6. Resolving conflicts to achieve effective collective performance

• Workshop discussions with case studies and sharing of ideas and solution

DURATION – 1 day
